My research and writing lies within the broad area of leadership and organizations, and specifically in the focus areas of health and wellbeing, identity and diversity, as well as interpersonal dynamics. I love conducting rigorous peer-reviewed research, as well as translating research into accessible insights and ideas for employees, leaders, and organizations.
